No you did not win the African Lottery When did you go to Africa to buy a ticket. If you did not buy A TIcket, you can not win. Do not waste your time and money on this.

I'm assuming you received notification by e-mail, in which case the answer is "NO."
Had you entered such a lottery (which you would probably be well aware of) and had you won you would be notified by other means, most generally a personal contact or registered mail. There are a lot of these e-mail scams floating around, and I think I've gotten just about all of them. I delete them, most generally without reading them.
