At my husbands office they pulled names and he got the only lady there. Im not into gift cards, she is kind of the gossip queen

People say that getting a co-worker anything that touches their skin (perfume, jewelry, clothes) are too personal.
Stick with some candles, house fragrances.
Try the White Candle Co. for candles, at the mall they often have nice stores with nice smelling stuff. Some things that my mother loves are these oil scents that you mixx a little with water in a pretty burner and light a candle underneath. It smells really nice and it is small, but makes the entire house smell really nice.

Always a safe bet for a female are scented candles (quality) and scented bath stuff (you can get unique things at makeup counters at department stores in the mall).
Or what about a movie themed gift basket? You can get a tub of popcorn and fill it with a few movies (you can get ones on sale, look for classic comedies or dramas), some movie candy, etc.
