I am going on a 7 day cruise in january to the western caribbean leaving from new orleans on the norwegian spirit. I recently fully recovered from an eating disorder and am pretty nervous about food on the cruise and am hoping to prepare myself before i go so i can have an enjoyable trip.

If anyone has the menus from the restaurants, I would greatly appreciate seeing them. I know that the garden and window restaurant menus are the same and change each night, and that they have 'themes' for each night, so if anyone has menus for these themes or would know which nights the theme usually are that would be great. also, menus for the other specialty restaurants and the restaurants included in the cruise.

also, does anyone know which restaurants are open for which meals and what is served at each meal?

thanks! i appreciate any and all info on this topic!

You could try CruiseCritic.com, "Boards", "Norwegian Cruise Lines". Search that board for "menus"; if nothing comes up you can always ask the same question there.

Have fun!
