Maybe, be sure do hit up on the existance of the chain link in your cross examination of the officer. Also be sure to point out whether or not the unit was also being used through the car's winshield.
You know, if you put metal in your microwave you get a bad result. Argue that to the jury as well.

Works just fine. The fence is a stationary object and won't interfere with the Radar.

As was said, it is a chain fence and not a solid wall. plus, the fence is obviously not moving and the officer is holding the radar still, at most times. unless his arm was moving at 30mph, he would not have picked up the rate of motion at which his arm is moving.
