It’s the same God whether the fanatics liked it or not.

As you said Jewish Arabs call their God “Allah”
Christian Arabs Call it “Allah”, & call Jesus son of “Allah”
The word Allah is all over the bible in Arabic. It’s like calling God “Dios” in Spanish, or calling him Yahweh in Hebrew.

It’s the same God of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses. The God that Jesus himself prayed to according to the gospel. & it’s the God that the Koran instruct Muslims to believe & worship him.

Some fanatical Christians claim that Allah is a moon God, but the Koran clearly praises Abraham for disbelieving in the moon & only believing in the one true God. The Koran is also clearly instructing not to kneel to sun or moon, but only kneel to the God who created them all.

The man who created the myth about Allah being a moon God is an evangelical with bad reputation. His name is Robert Morey. He had once cheated on the company that supported him. & he cheated on people about the moon god myth. Morey has also a reputation of hating other groups beside Muslims. He was once challenge to debate a Jewish man by the name of Hoffman, but Morey refused the debate. & as for his claims about Allah, they’ve been refuted in many ways. It just that fanatics don’t want to understand.

No, if they are the same, the Muslims countries should not have any trouble accepting the Red Cross or, even if allowed, the Blue Star of David. Instead, it has to be the Red Crescent. And the Red Crescent probably won't replace the Red Cross in predominiately "Christian" nations either. Although Islam may have "Christian" teachings written within the faith but, ultimately, the truth is that Prophet Mohammed (pardon the spelling) made up his own belief system. A strong part of it is moon worshipping. As for why some Jewish or Arabic Christians pray to Allah, why do you suppose they do it in such way?

Muslims and Christians don't serve the same God. Christians believe Christ is Gods son Muslims don't believe that the God they serve ever had a son. Muslims believe Christ existed but only as a prophet not as the Savior of the world, which is the whole foundation & point of CHRISTianity. Christians believe Christ died for humanity. Muslims believe Christ didn't die because Allah decieved the people trying to kill Jesus by placing the likeness of Christ on another person thus someone died in Christs place. Jews and christians differ because christians believe Jesus is the Messiah Jews believe the Messiah hasn't come yet.

As far as I can tell it's complicated. I am not a expert. The folks came from the same family, but the Christian God showed up for Christians around 35 AD and the Muslim God came about around 600 AD. This is far as I know. But the Mulsim mention Jesus in their religious book. The Christian God is the same as the Jewish folks and was the first monlistic. Take care.

To the person in the street - they would be inclined to think so.. at first glance. 500? years later God appears again...
However you should note that...
At first it seems to be ESP is used, telepathic communication, and then there is a meeting in an isolated place, like on a mountain top or in the desert.
Making it sound very much like that prophets were UFO contactees - and that God was an ET.

That perhaps spiritual teachings were given - but when an institution (or authority) was formed, the teachings became contaminated and altered - to what we have today.
This may explain the history of religion.

Allah is the Arabic word for God. They beleive in the prophets of Judaism and they believe Jesus was a prophet but not the messiah.

They claim that there is truth in Judaism and Christianity but they're corrupted and Islam is the corrected final religion delivered to Muhhamad by the Angel Gabriel and Allah.

Christians worship the Holy Trinity (the Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Muslims disbelieve in the Holy Trinity and worship Allah. What the Bible says about God, His nature, His words, the Cross, and the gift of salvation is incompatible with what the Qu'ran dictates. They're very disparate and unlike persons.

Allah is the name of the moon god which pagans worshipped before Mohammed. The moon god was Mohammed's favorite god so he based his religion on Allah.

NO;
Muslism: There is no God but Allah -------- the God.

Christians:
One God is revealed in Scripture as Father,
Son and Holy Spirit. Within the one " essence" of the
Godhead there are three persons who are co-equally and
co-eternally God [ Matthew 3:13-17; 28:19; 2Corinthians 13:14 ].
