For Christmas this year, I'm making my friends chocolate, along with bath fizzy things (don't know what they're called). One of my friends is really health conscious and worried about her weight. I have seen her eat chocolate at school parties and stuff, though. Is it insensitive to include the chocolate in her gift? Buying something else for her isn't an option at this point. I don't want to ask her because I like gifts to be a suprise.

Well you could include less of it and more of the bath fizzies. But if she is already eating some chocolate, then it won't break her diet to have some as a gift.

If she does sometimes eat chocolate then by all means include that in the gift.

at first i could decide to start up out by potential of asserting I even have been stuggling with eating themes now for greater or less 8 years so all the innovations i'll furnish you comes from my very own experiance between the 1st issues is that i could verify and notice if she continuously wears a pink or purple bracelet (purpule for bulimia and purple for anorexia) next i could enhance the subject to her very gently which you're begining to rigidity approximately her because of the fact she does not seem solid (it quite is substantial which you do no longer use the words skinny or weight in any respect because of the fact it may relatively set off her to lose greater weight) if she nevertheless denies it i storngly recommend thant you telephone her mom and father to tell them approximately what you think of is going on i be attentive to it form of sounds like stabbing her contained in the decrease back now, and he or she could get mad at you ( i kno i did whilst my buddies did this) yet easily i'm so grateful now that they did it whent they did because of the fact in the event that they did no longer i for my section ought to be ineffective top now the main severe element is to in basic terms be as mushy as accessible and make it sparkling to her which you're frightened that she is going to kill herself, anorexia or bulimia, or anyother eating disored is fairly complicated purely keep that for the duration of ideas

It's fine. If she's smart, she can pace herself.........like eat one piece a day or one a week and keep the rest in the fridge.
