I am in love with my best friend.... I dont know what to do because i dont want to loose our friendship.... but my feelings toward this person are so strong.... what do I do?

I was just friends with my boyfriend for about 2 years before He realized that he wanted to date me. We talked about it and we have been together for a year now. I know I love him. He is afraid of losing friendship with me if we ever stop dating. I think that is a normal feeling. If you never talk to your best friend, how will you ever know if the feelings are mutual. Just say you love your friendship and want to know if dating would be an option. If so, discuss what you do or don't expect and how you feel. Get to know your best friend slowly in the "dating world". It is a wonderful feeling because you already know more about your best friend and want to continue the relationship in a deeper level. Always be honest and open.

i think this is so cute. lol as long as it comes from your heart, dont try and make it all sexy or whatever, it will just come out wrong. ohh!!! and dont say it in front of other people!! this should be between the 2 of you so when you say it, make sure you 2 are alone. when your leaving her house or something and your saying goodbye, and you go to hug her just pull her close, not pressing against her, just so your lips are at her ear, and say "_______ i think im in love with you"

ps, when 2 people are friends 1st, they need something more than just "like" to get involved with eachother b/c they are more likely to be worrying about their friendship if things dont work out, so be sure that she knows that its more than just "like".

This is a classic case. It is classic because I think you can't like someone without being friends first. Secondly, you should say to them... "Guess what? I know somebody who likes you! They talk to you a lot and I think you are very good friends with them." A friend of yours could also do this so that you don't choke when saying this. Hope I helped! :-h

well if u feel like he likes you to, just tell him how you feel but if he doesn't really look like he want to get in a relationship with you then don't cause if you guys are really close friends you don't want him to fell uncomfortable around you

Just tell them. The same thing happened to me but I did not tell him and he got a girlfriend and i moved away and it just broke my heart and I regret it everday. Just tell them or else you will regret it just like i do.
