Can someone console me on my burrito not staying in burrito form while I was eating it, and now I have to use a fork, which defeats the whole purpose of the initial burrito?

Don't feel bad. It happens to everyone. That just means that the person who made it was very generous with the servings. Besides, the purpose of the burrito is not the shape or form... it's the deliciousness. Embrace it and just enjoy all the varied flavors and textures to be captured and eaten with a fork. Honestly, if you think about it, a real good burrito is a lot like a folded up crepe. People eat crepes with knife and fork, why not you? Enjoy! Cheers!

Hey, in my book, you got a REALLY GOOD burrito if you need to eat it with a fork! In Mexico, there are the 'tourist burritos' that you can eat just 'walking around' and then there are the little 'dumpy places' where the REAL Mexicans go and sit to eat ... the burritos in the 'real places' NEVER stay 'stuck together' and they taste far better than the 'tourist' kind ... next time, ask for a Carnitas Pork burrito if they have them ... YUM and NO BEANS!

I would hold it my hand for you. I wouldn't care if my hands got messy feeding you. Then, you would not have to concern yourself with the burrito form because it will still taste the same and it's purpose will not have been defeated for you.

I am so sorry. I hope you werent eating at your desk or in front of a heap of people! So, so sorry. Well, try eating ribs with a knife and fork! I had to have them one day, but I just didnt even know how to start eating, when my boss walked in and I had to try to have lunch at my desk!

I say you still eat it with your hands regardless.

Ahhh yes and I send my condolences in these times of deep sadness and regret.

Eat it with your hands anyway. It's fun to eat messy!
