Ok, so my cousin and I played the Ouija board two years ago and since we have had a lot of paranormal experiences. The guy that we talked to was named Walter and he got very upset with us because we asked him some very personal questions. Afterwards, a lot of writings started to appear on the walls threatening us and the word "Die" appeared on her hamster. It got really scary so we burned the Ouija board and got a lot of Holy water and sprinkled it all over the house. We have seen A LOT of spirits since then, but this morning as my husband was leaving, I was still in bed. As he closed the front door, I felt this force curling me into a tight fetal position. After he had pulled out of the driveway, it happened again and I got very tingly and I passed out. I had a really horrible dream, and twice in the dream, I tried to wake up to call him and let him know, but when I would try, it would pull me deeper in the dream. I woke up to my baby screaming and as I went to get her....

Stuff fell down off of our kitchen table that I didn't even touch. She was seriously freaking out about something and looking off where I didn't see anything. But I got this really weird feeling and my vision got very hazy like when it is hot and there is heat rising from a car. She screamed louder and I don't know what it was, but she has never freaked out like this before. Someone please help me figure out what is going on! I really am being serious and all rude comments can be kept to yourselves.

It sounds to me as if you have opened a door into your life that should not have been opened. The spiritual realm is very real and very dangerous...as you now know.
A Bible verse just came to me...
The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came upon me. I was overcome with trouble and sorrow, then I called on the name of the Lord...Lord save me!! The Lord is faithful and righteous, He delivers those He loves.
Repent!! and with your heart and your voice, call on the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. He will deliver you!!
Something else comes to mind. Jesus' disciples were questioning Jesus, asking Him why they were not able to cast demons out of people as Jesus did. Jesus responded by saying "this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting."
I suggest fasting and praying. Skip that midday meal and the time that you would have spent eating. Pray. skip that trip to Starbucks and in the time that you would have spent there, pray.
And again. Those who call on the name of the Lord shall be saved!!

i believe in the supernatural, like you, however, i do always try and seek out an alternative answer first. though you may be absolutely sure it's not something a doctor can diagnose, what do you have to lose by seeing one? see a doctor and mention the symptoms. sometimes your muscles, nerves and even skin can play tricks on you for whatever health reasons. see a doctor. there's also no harm in seeing someone from your local church or what not.... even if it isn't what you're thinking it might be, speaking to someone from your church will give you some sense of relief and security. speaking to your doctor will also do the same, only in a medical sense, not a spiritual sense. get the best of both worlds and consult both.

The ouja board opens a window to any spirit that wants to stop by. That is like leaving your front door unlocked for any stranger off the street to come in and mess with you. To cleanse the home of this negative energy, burn sage incense everywhere. And you should take a salt bath. Salt clears negative energy also.

what happens is our body secretes a hormone during dream sleep to stop us acting out our dreams
sometimes it is released too early , or sometimes we awake before it has worn off
leaving us feeling unable to move
it also is often accompanied with what is called hypnagogic state
which is like a waking dream

normal ... yes for most people at some point in their life to some degree
