There is no scientific evidence that ties cracking one's knuckles, wrists, or other body parts to the development of arthritis. The only possible negative outcome of doing these actions repeatedly is possibly loosening the ligaments that attach your bones to one another, which could lead to joint instability, but not pain. If you are having joint pain, it could be from a large variety of things - anything from overuse to simple iron deficiency anemia can cause bone and joint pains. Other possibilities include autoimmune arthritis (also called rheumatoid arthritis), though this is quite unlikely. Check with your doctor; a few simple blood tests and they should have the answers you seek.

You should have a complete check-up by your primary doctor first, see what they say, than ask they recommend a good Rheumatism-arthritis doctor. They're going to make X-Rays for bone density to see what type of medicine you'll be bale to tolerate. Maybe even a pain pill.
Now is the time to start treating this disease, not later.
