My 60GB is loaded with:
- 20 demos;
- 5 PS3 games;
- 1 PS2 game;
- a couple of trailers;
- different profiles for different regions.
It all took me around 30GBs. 30 is still free, but more games are coming.

The memory on the 60GB Playstation 3 can be used for downloading demos, full games that are exclusively for Playstation Network, game videos, movie trailers, wallpapers, themes, and add-ons to other games. You can also use the memory to store photos, your favorite tunes, your favorite videos, and game saves. No memory cards are needed for Playstation 3.

Go to Playstation Store and download game demos, movie trailers, Blu-ray disc trailers, and also buy some games. You can also store music, photos and videos from your PC to your PS3. There are lots of things you can put on the HDD. I still have 37GB/60GB.

When we aren't playing games or watching blu ray movies, we set it to do Folding. It's practically never turned off. Just turn of the tv when not using it. There's all kinds of stats you can view about the contributions to the work tasks from different OS, computing power etc.

Download demo's or games from the Playstation Store.
Download music, photos and videos from your computer.
The usual..
But, it's better not to use all that GB, it might slow the performance of games (It might)

well i have:
3 gigs of music
500 mbs of photos
50 gigs of video i downloaded
and the rest is demos game data and save games
