That would actually be semen. It can be removed with powerful solvents, steel wool, sand paper or stiff nylon brushes, like tooth brushes.
Guys have a similar problem but in their case removal requires industrial power tools.

It;s quite the opposite really. It's supposed to be really good for the skin and apparently it HELPS with spots. I heard a story about some guys playing a prank on one of their mates and they "emptied" their stuff in a moisturiser bottle and the guy who used it was totally oblivious to what he was putting on. A week later, all the spots he had, had gone!
