Have you thought about thyroid problems or hormones being at the root of your weight problem?
"Eat Right For Your Blood Type" by Dr. Peter D'Adamo and "the Zone" by Dr. Sears have worked really well for us.
I don't know much about Don Mannarino, but I have heard hypnotist can help. I haven't tried it myself, and personally I think that if you can get your body balanced it will maintain proper weight. I worry about tricking the mind. You might have a health problem not a self-control problem.

I've been holding back on answering these types of questions from here and friends mostly cause they want to do the diet they heard about and because everyone who has tried those say it works.
The best Diet is a well balanced diet. Cut out the Iced Tea, the Sodas, sugar. Eat a regular breakfast, lunch and at Dinner time, you won't be so hungry as to eat a large dinner.
Cut back or eliminate red meat and starches like potatoes. Eat more chicken and fish also more vegetables.
Try walking everyday for at least 30 minutes. If you need to snack, try carrots or any other type of vegetables you prefer
Fad diets work for certain people, but not everyone and may not fulfill your nutritional needs for your body.

You should try to find a buddy to diet/exercise with. Maybe join a support group etc. Research indicates people in support groups seems to lose more weight and stick with there plans.
Try to drink a glass of water evertime you feel hungry.
Eat slowly it takes your body 10 minutes to signal that you are full.
Chew each bite at least 20 times.
Always fill up on the vegetables first and meats last.
Cut out soda.
Take a brisk walk before and after each meal to get your metabolism going.
Park further away to encourage walking, take stairs.
I don't think that link would work...I would save your money.

If you've used WW right and talked to some of leaders about challanges you've had, I would talk to your doctor. Maybe you have a thyroid problem or something that interferes with your weight loss.
Otherwise the secret is eating right, eating less, and exercise. I've used ww myself and lost weight with their program.
Hypnosis... I really wouldn't try that. You could try a life coach a step away from the weird science. They work with you to set your mind straight and find underlying causes of why you can't loose weight. They get your mind in the right direction, but like all weight loss plans, eating right, less, and exercise still has to be done.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Diets do not work.
In order to lose weight, do it very gradually. Change your habits. Go for regular walks.
Change your eating habits. Drink water instead of pop. Cut down slightly on the amount you eat.
It is slow, but more effective in the long term.

If you're REALLY not cheating then you may want to check with a doctor about why you can't lose the weight. I lost 50 lbs on Weight Watchers and it was just a lifestyle change for me. I never used my flex points for food either- I only used them when I went out drinking with firends. I never cheated and got to my goal. Once you hit goal you still have to watch what you wat but it is more flexible.

I think the secret is regular exercise and healthy food. Well that's really no secret. But really, what worked for me was exercise, and a good book(Dr. Phil's "Self Matters") to help with motivation. Actually cooking for yourself is probably the best way to go too. A diet cook book should cover that. Well, good luck man. God speed!

portion control and exercise will help...drink lots of water. you might check with your doctor about your thyroid that might be one reason your having trouble losing weight. if all else fails then look into lap band surgery. you are going to have to make lifestyle changes though to keep the weight off.
Good Luck!
