I am a former chef and would not, and if you even refrigerate then they go soggy, Keep them in a cool place, even in your cellar, at dark cool place in an airtight tin or plastic storage container, they will keep for 2 weeks.

Do not freeze or refrigerate rice crispy treats you can seal in a vacuum sealed bag. If you did vacuum pack them then it removes the air but some moisture remains because of the butter and marshmallows. and if you even froze the sealed package you would still have a slightly soggy or mushy product when you thawed the treats. Most cookies can be safely frozen but not rice crispy treats.

You can absolutely freeze them. Just make sure they stay airtight while in freezer and while defrosting. I've done it many times and they're great.
Forgot to add since I see so many are, I went to the CIA in New York and have been a chef for almost 40 years.

I wouldn't suggest it, they'll be a gooey mess upon thawing.......sorry about that.......but they're so fast to make, are you pressed for time???? I do know of some "bar" recipes that freeze just fine and taste just as good when thawed......Let me know!!
