its because you are trying to starve yourself
this is not hard
listen very carefully i shall say this only once.
look for a health web sight that has a bit on it for working out your RMR resting metabolic rate
this is how many calories you need to stay as you are now get that number divide it by point eight .8 this is the number of Cal's you need to eat in order to lose weight safely. look at packs and see what the kcal amount is you should be looking for around 500 per main meal.
so eat a Heath breakfast say porridge glass of OJ and a slice of toast ( don't say you don't have time get up earlier)
yogurt about 10 healthy sandwich at 1, two pieces of fruit at 3 . sensible meal at 7 . couple of rivitas with Philadelphia on before bed and you have cracked it.
i cant believe I'm actually been helpful. and stay away from saturated fat and trans fats and hydrogenated fat.
only weigh your self once a month as your a lady . do it at the same time and wearing the same kit . and take the scales out of the bathroom cos you will only stand on them and no good will come of it. and yes i do know what im talking about.
what you could do is give yourself a treat meal one a week say Saturday eve where you can have what you want as a well done. that way you have something to look forward to.
do it.

Don't be so hard on yourself. At least you are trying. May I suggest not forbidding yourself any foods. If you want cheese or chocolate have a small amount, eat it slowly and savour the taste. If your body is craving a certain food, odds are that it needs it, so don't fight it. If you binge occasionally it really doesn't matter. Keep trying. You're going to do great. And don't try to run 40 minutes straight away, you'll just become demoralised when you can't. Start by jogging for a minute and walking for three and gradually increase the jogging and decrease the walking. Start off with about 20 minutes and build up ( that's 5 sets of jog 1 minute, walk 4 minutes). Good luck!!

best way to lose weight is to run for 40 minutes plus every other day. Thats it, u dont have to sprint just work up a leisuly sweat after about 2 monthe you will be slimmer and feel so energetic but you need to be self motivated and stick to it and as long as you keep doing that you can have pies and chocolate and chips too.

It is no good to cut certain foods out of your diet completely. Just certain foods you have to have in MODERATION only.

You can eat.

Lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs, (potatoes, brown pasta, brown rice, wholegrains) carborhydrates are very low in fat, There is no need to cut them out, as long as you don't smother them in butter, cream sauce etc, (keep them plain and simple), vegetables, beans & pulses, fresh fruit, skimmed milk, low fat dairy products, non sugary cereals, coffee, tea, and sugar free beverages, healthy oils, (olive, sunflower, safflower, flaxseed and rapeseed). Limited to 2tsp a day.

Snack on fresh fruit when you feel hungry, instead of reaching for biscuits, cakes, etc. Drink plenty of water, try to chew for food properly, stop eating when you feel full.

You can only eat in MODERATION:

Take away meals, ready made meals you buy in the supermaket, biscuits, sweets, chocolate, cakes, alcohol, sugar fizzy drinks. UNFORTUNATELY, these foods are delicious, but they are full of saturated fat, sugar and salt. These contribute to piling on those unwanted pounds if eaten in excess.

Exercise is really important too. The more you move the better.

The key to weight loss is keeping the weight off. This can only be done by changing your lifestyle and eating habits for good. That is why diets only work whilst most people are on them. As soon as they stop, all the weight goes back on, plus more. It is about making a different choice.

This is just what I did 8 months ago. I lost 48lbs in just over 5 months. I have managed to maintain my weight with ease. I have taken on a different lifestyle by exercising regularly, and eating healthy. Eating chocolate too, but instead of eating a whole bar, just have 2/3 squares. Having certain foods in MODERATION and by this way there is no need to cut any foods out.

Once you get the balance right it works perfectly.

Good luck to you. Hope you have a lovely Christmas.

A combination of strength training and cardio. Strength training helps increase your metabolism and cardio helps burn carbs. Basically increasing your hearty rate is key. I do about 30 minutes of cardio every other day and I strength train the other days. doing that and staying away from pop and simple carbohydrtes. will power and belief in yourself and asking for help and taking the advice.
