If you are taking Claritan D or anything else labelled "NON DROWSY" there may be caffine or some other additive to keep you from nodding off. That can cause you to feel jittery, anxious and I imagine might bring on a panic attack if enough has been taken.

Your pharmacist may be able to make a suggstion for an effective alternative.
