I am a Protestant. I have in recent years begun to see some "problems" with our theology that Catholicism seems to answer and would like some more info on it. I guess my biggest issues are with, Papal infallibility, Apostolic succession, and the idea that the Bible is not sufficient for salvation. Any real helps with this will be appreciated, pontification and conjecture are not.

Yes, I have tried to talk to a priest, so far they have all been too busy.

BOOKS:
1) My favorite book is "Catholicism and Fundamentalism" by Karl Keating
2) ANY book by Dr. Scott Hahn is worth reading, especially "The Lambs Supper", "Hail Holy Queen", and "First Comes Love"
3) "Theology and Sanity" by F. Sheed is also highly recommended.

WEBSITES:
May I suggest that you go to Catholic Answers at http://www.catholic.com and then look at the left sidebar: You will see many subjects. You can click on one and see tracts that will probably answer your questions. Also, the search engine will search 20 years worth of articles from "This Rock" magazine. There are a lot of great articles there too

Also, the"official" Catechism Of The Catholic Church is online at: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/entiretoc1.htm
This is a difficult document to read. (The book is about three inches thick!) But, there is a wealth of information there too if you take the time to learn how to navigate it. It is better, though, if you get the book.

Read scripture. If you know the truth, it will set you free. Then you won't have to spend much time studying any particular cult. Their errors will be striking to you.
