What does legally drunk mean?
But two ryes does mean you are unfit to drive and your manner of drinking suggests you are unfit to drink.
Alcoholic drinks should be enjoyed in company and for their taste. It seems you are just drinking to get drunk which is pointless and unpleasant.
Learn to drink sensibly and you will enjoy life much more.
