All companies must have emergency procedures in place for example fire procedures. This must be followed in all cases especially as yours relates to children. As for protection identification must be shown. Look at the HSE website for COSHH regulations which relates to harmful substances and it will have all the other key aspects of health and safety on it as it is a big subject. Hope this helps.

Sounds like you are required to know all those information. Anyway, if you are up into something that is related to childcare, it is just but normal to have handful of related knowledge. You cannot just "jump" into something without knowing what, when, where, why, and how you are going to get along the process.
