Ok when you say vodka with grape juice do you mean you can drink it as a shot together in one shot glass, or do you have to take the shot of vodka first and then drink some grape juice?

Generally it means on the rocks (in a glass with ice) unless otherwise specified.

I use 2 shots of GRAPE vodka and mix with grape juice in a glass, it's very good.
