Use hydrocortizone cream. It may be a rash, and its great that it doesn't itch, but the hydrocortizone should heal your skin. Also, i would put triple antibiotic on my face at night before bed, b/c that heals as well. Hope that helps, and i hope your skin gets better!!

I am assuming the dermatologist has ruled out exczema if you have had rosacea ruled out as well--?? Eliminate a possible reaction to any new hygiene products, soaps, shampoos or detergents. Try a small amount of cortizone cream directly on the area to see if that alleviates the symptom. If this is new and just started it could be a simple dry skin reaction to the lower humidity levels of winter, try using a humidifier by your bed and a good pharmaceutical grade moisturizer like cetaphil.

Have you changed products you are using? Dryer sheets, fabric softener, laundry soap? Maybe you are allergic to your laundry products on the pillow case and it is causing this. If you have changed face creams or make ups that could cause it. Some hydro-cortisone cream might help calm it down. Otherwise you might need to go talk to a dermatologist. Good luck.

The lotions and potions are what irritates mine. I use a simple vitamin E oil. You can get them on the Vitamin Isle. Also I use plain Olive Oil.
