Please don't give me any links to any other website!!!!!
I'm a teenager and I don't think my kitchen experience is so vast for me to try recipes that are too sophisticated!!!!!

How about an apple tart or crumble?

You can use tinned apples although fresh are better.

4/5 bramley cooking apples, peeled, sliced and sprinkle on a little brown sugar in a pie dish (if tart) or small casserole dish if crumble.

Pastry.
4 oz hard marg (stork)
8 oz self raising flour

Rub the fat into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs, try to just use ur fingers and not the palms of ur hands. Once this is done then add a few drops of water to the mix and stir, keep adding a few drops until the mixture all comes together and sticks - use your hands to pull the mix together, add a little flour if too sticky. Wrap up in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 20 mins to rest - make yourself a hot chocolate now!

using a rolling pin and a well floured work surface (flour on the work surface and not on u!) roll the pastry out evenly until it looks like it will fit over the pie dish. Don't lift the pastry, fold it in half and then in 1/4, then lift and fit over the dish. Use a sharp knife to cut around the edges, maybe use the spare bits to cut out a love heart or ur parents initials and put on top of pie as well. Not sure if ur mum has a pastry brush, if not 1/2 fill an eggcup with a little milk and use ur fingers to coat the top of the pie. Bake in a moderate oven (bout 150 in a fan assist or gas mark 3) for roughly 20 Min's - till nice & golden. Buy instant custard or cream and serve.

With the crumble topping, follow the same method as pastry, however after you have done all the rubbing of marg etc, add 4 oz of caster sugar (or granulated does'nt matter) and pour over the apples, make sure they are all covered. Bake again at the same temp for bout 20/25 mins serve with custard or cream.

Here sweetheart, this is real easy, real good and a family favourite.

Buy an angel food cake (or 2 if there's a lot of people coming). Scoop out cake all around the top, leaving about an inch on each side. Fill cavity with Lemon pie filling which has been cooked and cooled (or chocolate). Pack the pieces of cake back on top of the pudding. Cover the whole thing with Cool Whip (or the real stuff). When you slice it you have 3 layers showing and its very pretty. It only takes a few minutes to put together and your parents will love it.

If you have a microwave oven then this one should be easy for you to follow.
Quick Sponge Pudding.......
1 large pudding basin or bowl
Golden Syrup
6 ozs self raising flour
3 med' eggs
6 ozs margarine
6 ozs caster sugar.
Mix all the ingredients with either a hand mixer or a wooden spoon until smooth and silky, pour three tablespoons of syrup into the bowl and spoon the mixture on top of it. Cover with cling film and cook in the microwave for 6 mins on high. when the cooking time is over remove cling film. Put a plate over the bowl and 'flip' it over so the the pudding comes out and all the syrup runs over the top. Serve with fresh custard or double cream.

I started cooking at ten, you aren't too young. Here is my fave cake
it's not mine but it is so good and easy (my mom could make it, thats saying something) It's the perfect blend of caramel and apples:
Caramel Apple Layer Cake
Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups plus 1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 sticks (1 pound) plus 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs plus 2 large egg yolks
1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 crisp apples (about 1 pound), such as gala, peeled and thinly sliced lengthwise
3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup store-bought caramel sauce

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Generously grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Using an electric mixer, combine the flour, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, the baking powder and salt.
Mix in 2 sticks butter at low speed until the mixture is crumbly.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, 1/2 cup cream, applesauce and vanilla. Mix into the flour-butter mixture at medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Divide the batter between the prepared pans.
Bake until springy to the touch and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, 25 to 30 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges of the cake to release the layers, invert onto the rack and let cool completely.
In a medium skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat.
Add the apple slices and remaining 1/3 cup granulated sugar and cook, stirring often, until the apples are tender and the juice is syrupy, about 15 minutes.
Stir in the remaining 3 tablespoons cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, beat the remaining 2 sticks butter and the caramel sauce. Slowly add the confectioners' sugar to taste, and until light, creamy and spreadable. Place in the refrigerator if too soft.
Place 1 cake layer on a cake plate; spread the apple filling evenly on top, then cover with the remaining cake layer. Using an offset spatula or butter knife, cover the top and sides of the cake with the caramel frosting, swirling the top to make a decorative pattern.

buckeye balls

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening

DIRECTIONS
Combine the melted butter or margarine, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and the vanilla together and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on waxed paper.
In the top half of a double boiler melt the chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly. Use a toothpick to dip balls into the melted chocolate, leaving a small uncovered area so balls resemble buckeyes. Place balls on waxed paper. Use fingers to blend in toothpick holes. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Enjoy!

Easy fudge (Rachel Ray):

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz bag)
1 cup butterscotch chips

melt/mix everything on medium-low heat (about 3 minutes), add 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Pour into butter-greased pan or any other shaped container and refrigerate!

You could make a wreath, or just pour in a pan and cut into squares later. You can add walnuts, raisins, marshmallows, etc. If you cut them into pieces you can present them in really cute containers - I use little buckets with cellophane.
