She probably needs a dental - her teeth cleaned professionally by the vet. She may also have some infected teeth.
Please get her looked at by your vet - bad teeth can seriously affect a dog's health, it is more than unpleasant, it is unhealthy in the extreme.

Whatever you do NEVER give her dentasticks and greenies because they aren't good to digest. Vets sometimes even have to do surgery to remove pieces from a dog's stomach. Getting the dogs teeth cleaned by a vet can help a lot, but sometimes it's just something you have to live with.

Usually really bad breath is a sign his teeth are in need of a cleaning by the vet. My sisters dog had to have her teeth cleaned and she had obnoxious breath, once they were cleaned the bad breath went away. If you check your dogs teeth and they are all pristine white then you need to find out if the dog has kidney disease. But I'd check his teeth in the back to see if they are covered in plaque. The Pet Stores carry a liquid called liquid dental that you add to your pet's water it's clear and tasteless, it helps with plaque and also with bad breath, in about two weeks you'll notice a difference.

You can actually get a 3 round vaccination at the vet for bad breath... after third round bad breath is gone... It's brand new... seems to work... or if u dont want to do that u can always just change her diet... if it's an older dog.. possible tooth decay and needs vet dental assistance but that shot is supposed to be sweet.

See a Vet. Bad breath can be a kidney issue, rotted/infected tooth, gingivitis, etc.
Could also be a poor diet. Brush his teeth daily, give him RAW bones to chew on, and see a Vet.

If you've tried brushing and dental chews, she may possibly have a throat infection or tooth decay - both smell horriffic if left untreated for a long period of time.
Have her see a vet who can diagnose either, or neither, and give you information if the latter.

sounds like she needs dental care. Not to be rude but sounds like her teeth were left for a while or you aren't brushing correctly.
This can lead to other health issues and cause serious infections
Please get ehr to the vets as soon as possible
