Lasagna, Kielbasa and saurkraut, roasted turkey - cooled and sliced, honey glazed spiral ham -cooled and sliced, variety of cheeses and breads and rolls and condiments, salads, ramen noodle cole slaw, sweet potatoes, spinach dip, lots of veggies and homemade California dill dip, a new recipe for a rice dish with pomegranate and walnut sauce (it's Perisian and vegetarian), Pecan cranberry brie, pretzel jello, cookies, candies, and assorted soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, coffee...let's see, is that it? I think so, unless I come up with something else in the meantime...does that sound like it will be enough? Serving 25 people. This is very different from our traditional, but I am trying to keep it simple, more buffet than sit down and trying to keep me out of the kitchen all day long! Merry Christmas!

We're having veal piccata for the main dish. Then garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes, bacon gravy, homemade stuffing with fresh sage, grilled asparagus with hollandaise, and a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette and feta. That should fill the two of us.

My dad make Lasagna to die for, that is for Christmas day. My sister is making Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo for the day before Christmas Eve (Her and my younger sister have the same birthday) Christmas eve is when we do the whole turkey routine. The day after Christmas is when we have my b-day party (my birthday is on Christmas) and I am making a few items from food network:
