I was up all night for the past few nights throwing up but i don't know why.
all i had to eat was:
some cereal
half a ham sandwich
and roast beef dinner (but i ony had two mouthfuls of beef)
it can't have been the ham because my dad ate the other half and it can't have been the beef because the rest of my family had more beef than i did
i don't understand why i was so sick and for the past few days i have completly lost my appitite and the thought of food makes me want to throw up. i don't know what caused it and i haven't much in three days.
its no good advising me to eat coz it jsut makes me ill
does anyone have any ideas what caused this??
i'm 14 by the way and have just taken a german test which bothered me for ages, could it have been stress? what's wrong i'm so hungry but i can't eat.

Could just be a stomach virus. I had one yesterday, and it was horrible!! Seems to be going around a good bit this year! Eat lots of chicken soup and drink LOTS of liquids. Feel better soon! :)

It could definitely have been the stress. It could also be a stomach flu. Be sure to drink plenty of water and try some crackers and chicken soup. If it doesn't pass in a day or two, go to the doctor. It could be something more serious like appendicitis. Just be sure to keep up with the fluids.
If it gets worse or you experience chills and/or fever get to the hospital ASAP!

Stress lowers our resistance, and it is flu season. I had a nasty one last week, and for a while I thought I was too sick for flu. But then it passed and I felt better. It was good advice to drink lots of liquids. Even if it is a flu and will pass soon, you can dehydrate if you aren't careful.
If it goes on much longer though, you'll need to see a doctor. It could be something more serious.

Umm... why dont you go and check it out with a doctor... Your sickness could have been a result of too much stress or maybe perhaps something was already developing in you these past few days and u just didnt realize it. I recommend that you visit your doctor because it could turn out to be something serious and could have been avoided if it was noticed earlier....

You may have a stomach virus. or a regular virus. Try a liquid diet for a few days, limit milk for the first few days. water, fruit juices, chicken broth, beef broth. Then go to a bland diet, mashed potatoes, crackers, bananas.
Wait it out, see how you feel. Keep drinking lots of water.

You can be stressed or tired, that is also a sign of pregnancy(not saying that you are necessarly pregnant). Try getting some rest and taking your mind off of things but if it continues go to the dr.

Get your mother to take you to a doctor. You could have some kind of infection. Doctors are the only ones who can diagnose your problem. And you'll feel better off in the long run.

It could very well be stress related! I use to get very sick around the holidays because I was so anxious and excited. I would say if it doesn't get better, talk to your parents about going to the doctor.
Good luck!!
