my friend found something inside a baby juice bottle, just when she was about to give her son, like it was rotten or something else, the bottle only has been open on the top, the other seal is not, what should she do??

you get straight onto the company-check out their website for the 'contact us'-keep the container and if you have the 'bit' keep it in a sealed bag in the fridge. They will want to know the batch number which maybe on the lid,and they may want you to send the bit..please follow this up..

contact a lawyer if the company wont make the product good or she can just stop using that product and inform the company of what she found so that no one else will be harmed. good luck and god bless. Please tell your friend to follow up on this as this might lead to someone else being harmed.
