My steppdaughter does the same thing. We just gently guide her back to her bed.

Aww poor You !
Doctors ... Buy sleep pills to put you in a deep sleep or maybe tape over your mouther so u cant say stuff ( Tape is a joke ,, DONT DO IT )
Maybe you could get a proffesional to help ..
Im not sure but there are sum special ppl who can really really help
Make sure you get Parents permission for all these

Are you playing too many computer games? Do you get out each day and play some kind of ACTIVE games sports or anything do you run, walk do something to make you very tired that you are interested in ?

I don't ever sleep all night♥ I wake up minimum 3 times a night♥ I think it's because my body can never completely unwind♥

Before you go to bed relax, empty your bladder, and don't eat anything 1 hour before bed just drink a little milk! Also 1 hour before bed read or meditate or listen to music. Don't play on the computer/watch TV.

Sounds like you need to speak to a doctor. You might be eating foods before bed that are upsetting your stomach. Which can cause nightmares.

Could be night terrors, my son had the same thing but thankfully outgrew it, talk to a doctor about it.
