Move somewhere new and start fresh. Don't look back at yourself when you do. Try to find a hobby to keep you happy and busy so that you won't think about hurting or yelling at anyone. Move into a place where there are less people like in the open country or something! GOOD LUCK AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

First of all it might be time to get a second opinion from another therapist. It sounds to me like you have ADD or AADD and possibly BI-Polar. Maybe a different medication is needed or possibly upping your dosage. I am not a doctor so I cant give you all of the details. Also look at your past and see if there is anything there to cause your depression. Past trauma can affect you for life in many, many ways and there are plenty of groups out there that can help you. Cheaply or even for free.

Good Luck

For someone who's been self-hurting herself for seven years (or so you say in an answer to someone else's question), I think the sudden lack of energy isn't the worst of your problems.

If you're angry go to anger management. If you're unhappy, go out, have fun, find people to do fun stuff with.

Killing people is the most cowardly way of ending one's life. I'm an atheist, but if there trully was hell then these people (who just go on killing sprees and rampages just cause they feel like they want to take a few people down with them before they die) should be in tremendous, mindblowing pain for all eternity, for ever and ever, even if they would show remorse later on. If you want to kill yourself, I don't think that's a very good decision, but if you do, don't hurt others if they haven't deserved it.

If you can't find help in the community you currently live in, ty relocating. Sometimes a new life, a new start helps a lot. Good luck! :)

Get a new therapist. You sound like you may be a candidate for hospitalization. Do you have a psychiatrist? Hospiitalization may help you the most at this time. There they can really focus on you and what's going on. You will go to group therapy and have individual time with doctors. It will be intensive, and they will make recommendations for when you leave the hospital.

First, get a new therapist. I had head damage from a car accident; and beore you know it, I was taking more useless pills than I knew existed. I fired them all and now I;m down to one blood pressure pill once a day. These guys throw pills at you until the side effects got you nuts and then walk away. Walk away first.

You might have CFS (chronic fatiuge syndrome)
rimary Symptoms

As the name chronic fatigue syndrome suggests, this illness is accompanied by fatigue. However, it's not the kind of fatigue patients experience after a particularly busy day or week, after a sleepless night or after a stressful event. It's a severe, incapacitating fatigue that isn't improved by bed rest and that may be exacerbated by physical or mental activity. It's an all-encompassing fatigue that results in a dramatic decline in both activity level and stamina.

People with CFS function at a significantly lower level of activity than they were capable of prior to becoming ill. The illness results in a substantial reduction in occupational, personal, social or educational activities.

A CFS diagnosis should be considered in patients who present with six months or more of unexplained fatigue accompanied by other characteristic symptoms. These symptoms include:

* cognitive dysfunction, including impaired memory or concentration
* postexertional malaise lasting more than 24 hours (exhaustion and increased symptoms) following physical or mental exercise
* unrefreshing sleep
* joint pain (without redness or swelling)
* persistent muscle pain
* headaches of a new type or severity
* tender cervical or axillary lymph nodes
* sore throat

Other Common Symptoms

In addition to the eight primary defining symptoms of CFS, a number of other symptoms have been reported by some CFS patients. The frequency of occurrence of these symptoms varies among patients. These symptoms include:

* irritable bowel, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea or bloating
* chills and night sweats
* brain fog
* chest pain
* shortness of breath
* chronic cough
* visual disturbances (blurring, sensitivity to light, eye pain or dry eyes)
* allergies or sensitivities to foods, alcohol, odors, chemicals, medications or noise
* difficulty maintaining upright position (orthostatic instability, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, balance problems or fainting)
* psychological problems (depression, irritability, mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks)
* jaw pain
* weight loss or gain

Do you live in a city? Go to the country! Or go out of THIS country! Start over and refresh. You will feel a lot better!
Another option is charity work.
Do something that makes you feel good!
