i am quite young. my friends always brag about making games and they say that they just use silly gaming sites where you can "make your own game" and i want to make a proper one. but to do that i need an animation prgram to get it well moving, lol. if you know any free animation program downloads please post it. thanks a lot.

Try "Blender".
It is a free programme. The user interface takes some getting used to, but it is a great programme.

You don't need an animation program. How would that be interactive in a game?
