i got in trouble last week at my job just cause i was not able to eat on my break so after that i went out and grab some food it only took me about 20min so someone told my boss and ever since they having calling just to check up on me so the company's dinner is this friday and i don't want to go what should i do?

If you don't want to go,then politely decline. You can always say you have other plans. (And it will be true, since you plan to avoid the dinner.)

Ah, a wolf in every office; why some people can't mind their own damn business is beyond me. However, don't cut off your nose to spite your face...go to the dinner (you're not obligated, but if you do go and have fun, you show you have NOTHING to hide) and you might find you really will have a good time!
And really, if you think about it, it is SUCH a small thing! People have to eat and are entitled to breaks after all...

if i were u I'd go and talk to them,try and explain,and let them know this is not a usual behavior and it wont happen again....only if you think they are reasonable thinkers

Either don't go, or go. You don't HAVE to go to after hours stuff.
