Someone is already making a cheesy casserole (which I was thinking of making) so now I have to think of something else. Any original but tasty ideas?

My friend made this last week and her coworkers went nuts over it! Way better than my turkey wraps. It's pretty easy to make (I helped) and you can find the stuff in most asian sections at the grocery store. It also stays tasty after sitting around for a bit at potlucks.

These are so easy and there will be no leftovers!

Cranberry Party Meatballs

2 (1-pound) bags frozen cocktail-size meatballs (about 64 meatballs)

1 (16-ounce) can Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce

1 (12-ounce) bottle chili sauce

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, cumin and cayenne in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until the cranberry sauce is melted and smooth.

Add meatballs; stir gently to coat. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 12 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through. Place in chafing dish or slow cooker to keep warm.

Makes 30 servings.

Look up a tamale pie recipe. It's simple and really good, and not overly cheesy. I just made one last night. It's one of those casseroles that people forget about making, so it'll be different.

My mom makes this great dip for tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
refried beans
sour cream
packet of ranch dip seasoning (hidden valley ranch)
small can of sliced olives
tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Get a pie pan or other round dish, put a layer of refried beans in the bottom, on top of that put a layer of ranch dip (combine sour cream and seasoning packet to make), on top of that put a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, on top of that put a layer of chopped up tomato, and on top of that a layer of sliced olives.
This is always a hit and it is easy, try it and enjoy!
