Oh, yes, by all means congratulate a loser! High five, champagne, only the best! LOL! It's all downhill from there anyway...might as well have a last hurrah!

Yeah, I think that Hallmark makes a card for every occasion. They probably even have one for loser drop-outs and the people who are proud of them!
