I've seen almost 99% girls keeping their cell phones inside rear pocket, why?

There is only one reason........Just to make sure that their thighs don't look awkward & as all of us know, girls always like to flaunt their figures....lol

Susie, guys put wallets in their back pockets because that is what we experienced when we were children. I always saw men with wallets in their back pockets when i was a child, so when i got my wallet, i did the same thing, and it feels fine. Also, its easier to pull it out in the back pocket than in the front, because sometimes the front pocket is very tight.
Also, i don't know why girls put mobile phones in their rear pockets, :p

If I don't have a purse, i put it in the rear pocket because my front pockets are not loose-fitting, like most men's. If I were to put it in my front pocket, it would possibly break the phone when I sit down!

Easier than putting it in the front pockets.
It rubs against the thigh and gets really annoying.

It's easy to reach and the pocket is big enough to hold it.

WELL...THEY SHOULDN'T..THEY SHOULD KEEP IT IN THEIR HAND AND IF THEY PUT IT IN FRONT OR REAR POCKET, THEY SHOULD KEEP CHECKING IT..PICKPOCKETS ARE COMMON IN ASIA AND EUROPE MORE THAN ANY PLACE ELSE..NO OFFENSE..JUST BE CAREFUL

i think d rear pocket is loose nd as u know....gals get more call den guys................its easier for dem 2 take it out......nd Guys keeping deir wallet in d rear cos dey need it evrytime a gsl is wid dem....;-)
