Then I wouldn't be an atheist, so I wouldn't get any.
BTW, as soon as you started your sentence, "If God...", you were already without reason.

How about:
1) For him to stop telling people to kill each other.
2) Make everyone feel the pain that they cause other people.
3) Make willful ignorance cause your mouth to seal up so noone else has to hear your b.s.

Edit: Ask yourself this question; If god were to grant an atheist 3 wishes, how would the atheist know? The whole reason the atheist IS an atheist is because they have no reason to believe that any gods exist.
