You're not alone bro... i also get down sometimes when i had a dire need to have this special someone which i have not yet met until now..I am still praying that someday God will let our paths cross and hope it's not that long since i am not getting any younger..lol.. I guess that's just how life is.Its normal for us singles to feel a bit down sometimes as long as we don't get really depressed coz it's not nice at all. I guess we should try to be more optimistic and see the brighter side of life.Life always has it's ups and downs, it's bitter-sweet, but let's try our best to appreciate and focus more on the positive things and be overwhelmed with the opportunities we have as a single and be thankful that we have more control over our lives compared to those who are already committed with a spouse considering the heavy responsibilities of having a family.Singleness is a blessing not a curse.Grab this time to explore more of yourself, developing your talents and skills and be successful in the career that you are into. If you busy yourself like doing your favorite hobby, it can help you get distracted and find it easier to avoid dwelling on your insecurities everytime you see a mushy couple at the mall or at the park. You can focus your time and energy on making your family happy this Christmas season. You can pamper yourself and treat yourself on holiday shopping spree or vacation. Counting your blessings will help you remember all the good things that God has showered upon you. But most of all, we must not forget that this season is the birthday of our Lord and Savior so i guess we should also strive to make this moment a memorable one and in return make Him happy after all He has done for us with the way we live our lives having a good, joyful and happy heart. This way Christmas is celebrated not only for ourselves but for others as we recall that it is a season wherein we remember that Someone came to say "I Love You" whether you are single or married filling our lives with lasting peace and joy...
Hope you have a blessed Christmas this year...
