I would have to say that heaven is not some kind of locality but is a level of consciousness that one achieves through the art of self realization and meditation.Some would say that the higher astral planes are as well one of the aspects of' heaven'.As an occultist we know heaven as a state we call devachon where the soul spends some time for rest before coming back into incarnation again.We all have a very long history behind us as souls and have as yet a very long journey ahead of us all in order to become divine beings.

Neither. Heaven is invisible and immaterial. This universe is said to sit in the span of Jehovah's hand. It is likely only one of countless universes. And heaven where he lives is not in any of them.
