Yes, it does work! I used it back after I had my first and second baby, then I really got into running. I lost about 30 lbs doing that and running and then over time lost another 30 lbs. So, it does really target your core (tummy) and legs and butt! If you do the fat blasting workout with the bands, those really work your arms as well as everything else.

Yes it does. I personally believe in the Taebo fat blasting cardio dvd set... it works great. I've lost 30 lbs so far doing it. I am also following the atkin's diet. I do taebo at least 3-4 times a week and it seems that every time i do i lose a 1/2 lb.

I have tried Tae-Bo and yes, it works. . .any physical activity that gets your heart rate going is great.
See a Dr. before starting any kind of program. . .but once you get the ok. . .go ahead and try it. . .
Push yourself. . .don't just get exhausted and give up. . .new studies show that keeping your heart at a higher rate for longer periods of time can be extremely beneficial to weightloss. . .

I lost 150 lbs as Taebo as my main aerobic workout.
It will tone abs and the exercises all work from abs, but it depends on which workout you do.
I think he has an ab workout...we don't have it.

my daughter does Billy Blank's tae bo tapes. she really likes it. her whole body gets a workout, including her abs.
