I've already gone to the nuerologist and chiropractor (who made it worse). I'm waiting the results of my MRI, but in the meantime I need something to get rid of the pain so I can actually study a little for my finals which have been postponed because I couldn't read the small print and I was not able to make it to the classes for the last week and a half of the semester. I can now read for a little bit at a time, but still not enough to get any kind of beneficial studying done.
What can I do or take to lessen the pain?

You are reporting a continuous migraine, or headache situation, and have reported the use of DHE and analgesic medications.
What I have to tell you won't help in the short run,and is probably not what you want to be told, but you need to be given this information.
The two most common forms of continuous headache are status migrainosis and chronic daily headache. Both of these are caused by analgesic or migraine abortive medication abuse or overuse. DHE (Migrainal) should not be used more than 2 days a week. Other forms of analgesic medications (headahce pain medications) should not be used more than 3 days a week. When they are used more often the patient develops a rebound phenomena where the medication is actually causing the headaches. Everytime you take the Migrainal, which at this point I am sure gives minimal relief, or an analgesic, which probably barely dulls the pain, the headache returns worse than before when the medication wears off. This makes you take more medication and the cycle continues.
If your MRI is normal, and there is no resolution to your problem. You need to be seen by a headache specialist. You may even need a short course of inpatient therapy to resolve this condition, followed by a different method of managing your headache condition.
The focus for you needs to be prevention of the headaches, and not the treatment of the acute headache pain.
What you are experiencing is very common.
Herbal remedies, may be of some benefit, but most are just weaker forms of the same compunds found in over the counter and prescription medications. At this point adding herbal remedies would probably make you worse, rather than improve your situation.
Most significantly, the one treatment choice which most often would complicate this most would be the addition of strong narcotic pain medications.
I cannot diagnose or manage your condition, based on what you have given in your statement, but the details would hint towards a need for a new method of managing your headache issues.

Dark, quite room. Lots of water, migraines usually mean you are dehydrated. No tea, coffee, or soda's, basically no caffiene. Cool cloths on face, and pain site. If you can get someone to massage the area it will help with the blood vessels. And most important try to sleep a while. Best of luck

There is an amazing all natural product called X-tra Sharp.
To tell you the truth, it doesn't taste the greatest but when it comes to migranes its the best. Not only that, you get a 4-5 hour energy boost! No shakes or side -effects of any kind.
You can order it in little individual shot like cups to keep in your purse or a bottle to keep at home.
You wont be dissapointed!
