New XMB icon under video->BD Datat Utility?

New XMB icon under video->BD Datat Utility?

i updated to v2.10 this morning and i like the new DivX support
now at the top of my video column of the xmb above Media Server there is a folder called Blu Ray Data Utility with nothing in it
it doesnt seem to do anything
what is it?
