You are apparently stressed because you are not who you want to be. You need to figure out small steps to take to become who you want to be. If you did poorly in school, you can fix that. If you want to lose weight, you can fix that. If you are here looking for sympathy, we can't fix that.

The trip to Europe was a nice break from reality but now that you are back you have the same problems you had before, right. You need to see a counselor for some help in figuring out what was going on that you didn't make grades last year, why you feel so bad about yourself and how to get better.
Depression and anxiety are very common among your age group and the tendency is to feel guilty about it because you "should be happy, you are in the prime of your life, yadda yadda."
Your College probably has a student health program which can offer help in finding good counseling. Go there ASAP.

gratitude helps...be grateful for all that you have. Not a lot of people get to have a cool 10 day Europe trip (I know I haven't!) You miss those people but you can stay in touch with them, you have a computer and email, your sleep is probably off because of jet lag, that'll get better, your weight is NOT who you are, you need some acceptance and self esteem. As for sinning, well, we are all human, and if you need help with stopping doing something, get professional help. It's OK, whatever your problem is, you're not the only one, someone has had the same thing before.
Be grateful for what you have, there are so many more out there less fortunate than you are, take a look at them and what they are doing instead of what you think you don't have!

Long answer: Taking several short walks outside helps in many ways. Mainly, the sunshine will help process Vitamin D in your body, which helps regulate your all around "mood" - it's very helpful in fighting depression and helps with being worn out. Taking a quick walk around the block just before bed will help a lot too. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Ask your Doctor about taking Melatonin, a naturally occurring hormone in the body which can help set your internal clock. It's like natures 'sleeping pill' As for the indigestion and constipation, that's probably a lot to do with your diet. Roughage (salads, leafy veggies) will help keep you regular. Of course, minimize the spicy foods and try to snack on your fruits and veggies during the day. Many smaller meals and snacks should help you more than fewer larger meals. Short answer: Water, sunshine, melatonin, water, mild diet. Oh, and don't forget water.

Wow. You sound just like my best friend.
Here's the deal: You choose your weight, your attitude, your personality, and your sinful life. You and only you control these things. If you don't like your weight - make a choice to do something about it. Start working toward a normal sleeping pattern. Do not become dependent on people who will not stick around for more than your 10day trips. Choose to do better in school, and work harder in school. Pray and repent of your sins and begin working toward living a holier life.
The thing is that other people cannot make these decisions for you, only you control you.

My first thought was for you to start working out, find a hobby,forgive/love yourself (everyone sins)and go to church.Really look at the things you have not the things that you don't like.Make sure you go out with friends and family to help with this lonely feeling from missing these tour friends. It sounds like you had an awsome trip! How lucky are you to get to do something like that:)I hope this helps you:)

have more self belief. in order to achieve that you need to occupy yourself with a hobby you are good at, you need to see that right now there is nothing wrong with you, you care that you did the wrong things, it shows that you are not genuinely bad - its a good trait appreciate it. you can stop if you want. but its hard to stop sinning if you dont believe you can and believe you are worthless. things will brighten up. i was chubby and i got so intent on excersising, i was depressed and i took it out all not not eating and excersising and all the weight fell off. the sadder you are, the more the problem affects you and the more determined you will be to defeat it. good luck. things will look up, they can only get better and you are not alone

you should stop thinking so badly about yourself. Thats making the situation even worse. You probably arent even all that bad. Get your self esteem up. Since you said that you want to stop sinning, you should pray about that. Whatever religion you are, go by there stnadards against sinning. I believe that you will be able to stop and you should believe it too.

It sounds like you are depressed. But you can fix it. You need to see a Doctor . Try talking to someone.
All the other stuff is easy to fix, but you need to be motivated. Exercise will make you feel better and give you more energy.

stop cycling all those negatives thru your mind again and again, you are your own worst enemy. For every negative you put in your mind, it takes three positives to counteract it, so start looking for positives. Spend thirty minutes before bedtime recalling all that you gained from your trip, meditate on those positives and you will sleep better. Simply refuse to allow negative thoughts to take hold.
