i know that avoir les dents langues mean being ambitious and so but am wondering if thats spoken french or lit symbolic one ??

It means to have lingual teeth. In france, I would interpret as being extremely talkative. In many other french speaking countries they might think it meas "to be gifted in languages."
Your spelling is off though, it should be "Avoir les dents longues"
To have large teeth. It isn't used very often but yes, it means to be ambitious.

It's just figurative French. By the way, the expression is 'avoir les dents LONGUES' ~ not langues.

Your interpretation of the expression is true. It is symbolic and rarely used here in Quebec
