Look at your eyes in the mirror. If they are unevenly dilated, then you might have a concussion.
I know exactly how you feel as this happened to me many years ago. I had a large lump on the back of my head for a week. You are probably fine.
But if you have unevenly dilated eyes, and if your vision continues to be blurry, and you get drowsy, you probably need to go to the ER

I would keep an eye on it. Don't go to sleep for a long time and put some ice on it. As long as the bump came out instead of in then you should be fine.

I think you should go to the doc. Whatever you do dont fall asleep. Whenever you bump your head you should never go to sleep and you should always follow up with a doctor. You dont have to go to the ER (unless your bleeding) but you can go to urgent care if you're that concerned about your head.

Resist the urge to sleep! You may have a concussion, so just stay awake and walk around don't let yourself go to sleep. And call someone to come and keep you company. Put some ice on your head.

My wife and my father have both bumped their heads before and I suggest you go to ER to get it checked out. You're better to be safe than sorry later that you didn't take care of yourself.
My Dad had a subdural Hematoma and could have had a stroke had he not gone to ER>

I would take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen(or motrin) and apply some ice to the area. If you experience headaches, dizziness, etc.. go see a doc! Otherwise, just take it easy and you should be fine. Hope you feel better soon!

It really wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor. You don't have to go there, just give him a call and tell him and ask what he thinks.

Not unless you have double vision, vomiting, severe dizziness or loss of consciousness.
