when you are downloading a new version of adobe flash player, it will not work if you have a previous version installed. you must uninstall the old version first. you have to use the adobe uninstaller on their website, you cannot just uninstall it from your progarm list.

Not enough information to say why without guessing.

Go to http://www.adobe.com and click on Get Flash Player. *Follow all the instructions* then try the link again.

If that doesn't work, give us the exact error messages you get.

(You aren't doing this a network are you? e.g. at school?)

It could be that Windows is blocking your download if this appears: http://wzeu.ask.com/r?t=a&d=eu&s=uk&c=p&ti=1&ai=30751&l=dir&o=312&sv=0a652820&ip=5687a51b&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.worwic.edu%2FAdmin%2Ffiles%2Ffaculty_resources%2Ffiles%2Fwebct%2Ffaqs%2FIE_download_blocked2.gif
If so click on the bar and select 'download file'.
