LOL.. i got good at this.. place the golf ball above the tee, and then use your wrists to flip the globe towards yourself.. the ball should come up, and just time it and catch it on the tee..

very frustrating at first, but if you do get that 1st one, it will be easier the next time you do it.. have fun

The way that worked best for me was to sort of bounce the ball off the bottom. I couldn't time it well enough by flipping it, but by just bouncing it I got in on the fourth try just now, and I have never taken more than a minute.

the liquid inside is water and you just half to get the ball on the right angle to get it to go onto the tee

flipping your wrists is the key, the ball should roll up the glass and sit on the tee. worked for me many times.
