5'2.4 and about 114lb, i fit into english size 8 trousers and size 6 tops they are smallest i can find, a i ok, i have hips , do hips make u look wide. my bmi is 20.6

How can you possibly have wide hips if you wear a size 8? Size 8 is about 35 inches around the bum, that's not big at all, it's small.

a BMI of 20.6 is perfectly normal. Underweight is 18.5 and under, and overweight is 24.9 and over, so you are right in the middle...lucky you!
