you can put a little oil in the pan if you want to insure that it wont stick but it is exactly the same as cooking it outside

Take the burgers and season them with your favorite spices ( pepper, chili pwder, garlic, worcestershire, etc.) Form them into patties and make sure that they are relatively flat (4 - 5" diameter) Heat up a skillet with a little bit of oil and butter until it's very hot. Also preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Once the oil and butter are ready, place in your hamburger patties and sear on each side until nicely browned, about 2 - 3 minutes per side. Then place in the oven to cook to your desired temperature (3 - 5 minutes for rare, 5 - 7 minutes for med, 7 - 9 minutes for well done) and enjoy!!!

How about putting your hamburger patties on the broiler grid in it's pan. Turn the oven temp to Broil, put the broiler pan on the 2nd space down from the top. Broil the burgers about 10 minutes per side.
You could also pan grill or fry them. Spray the skillet with Pam or put about a tablespoon of olive oil in it. Heat it til it is almost bubbling and slip the burgers in using a spatula. Cook them on medium high for about 8 minutes, flip them over and cook for another 8 minutes. Check the middle using the point of the spatula to see if they are as done as you want.

IT'S OBVIOUS YOU -REALLY DON'T GRILL MUCH !
just a little fun there , but i have my 4-season grill on 24-7
anyway if you have a grill pan (indoor type ) just dabb some oil with a paper towel and at high heat singe the burgers on both sides then let rest a minute of the heat ( at this time baste with a mix of melted butter, garlic, and a tsp of liquid smoke (lawry's is great !) return to a med heat on the grill and bring to desired doneness, baste again after turning each time !! not the same but pretty darne close !!
MERRY CHRISTMAS !

Make your patties or there pre made. Low or medium heat is good in a frying pan. If you have A fan vent on your stove you will want to keep it on to prevent smoking up your kitchen.
Cleaning up tidy like you will probably have grease spattered
some.
You do not need to oil or grease the pan as ground beef has plenty of fat in it.
One other tip cook ground beef well done to avoid ecoli.
No pink in the middle. 160degrees or 165degrees

Just pan fry one side til the blood comes to the top, flip it over til its about done. Salt and pepper, Don't mash it down just flip one time. Don't add oil. or anything to the pan. Also pressing the in the middle of the burger with your finger the softer the more rare, the harder or stiff the more to the done side it would be.

Hey,
Just add a small amount of oil to the skillet, throw the hamburger in the skillet and cook them on Med until done.
Squash them out a little before you turn them..
Oh Ya, You forgot to invite me for supper.
Course, I live in Costa Rica and it is nice and warm here.
You have a nice day,

Personally I'd put a jacket on and throw them on the grill anyways but cooking them inside you just put them in a pan and cook. They have enough natural juices so that you don't need to add anything else.
