Hi there!

I'm guessing you have athlete's foot, which is very common, especially in men. It happens when your feet sweat and the moisture irritates your skin, causing a fungus-like growth on them.

I'd suggest getting some athlete's foot spray like Tinactin and using it as directed on the back of the can. If for some reason the itching and redness gets worse or doesn't subside over the next week while you're using the spray, you may want to go to the doctor and have them put you on a stronger anti-fungal medication.

Also, make sure your feet stay dry and when you apply the spray, let it dry completely before putting socks and/or shoes back on.

Hope this helps! :)
