First, reduce the amount of laxative that you are taking regularly. While you are doing that add 2 gigantic green leafy salads to your weight-reduction plan everyday and restrict meals that constipate and consume entire wheat products and tons of legumes. If you are having problems still having BM, go the the pharmacy and find a fibre complement that isn't a laxative. For the primary few days, it traditionally is not going to be comfy, but supply it a little time. Detailed drugs also constipate, make certain you don't seem to be taking any. You could definitely turn out to be with diarrhea after a at the same time. Preserve doing what you are doing unless your stools have stabilized

Did you know that your body can get addicted to laxatives? Don't do something you will regret for the rest of your life.

I am not sure about laxatives, but if you take water pills I know you can loose 7 pounds in an hour.
So maybe a little more for laxatives.
Not sure.
