No. Diseases are not caused by thoughts, they are caused by viruses, bacteria and the like. Your thoughts can't control those things.

Any disease, yes. Every disease, no. Some diseases attack your brain, and so hamper your mind. That makes you less capable of using thought to combat the disease. Your thoughts can fight/cure even brain tumors...if you begin early enough. If you start late in the illness, you will have less chance of success. The mind can create, or cure, disease. The average person-hampered by drugs, booze, hate, and Tv addiction-has little chance of using mind power against disease effectively.

Disease is negative energy, or a blockage of healthy energy. Your thoughts determine your energy. If you think negative thoughts long and hard enough, that can certainly sicken your body. So I would think the opposite is possible, though maybe not as easy as it sounds.
Also it has been shown that negative thinking people have less strong immune systems, which would make them more sensitive to a virus, etc.

Maybe. The brain is fascinatingly complex.

It's exceedingly more likely that medical "miracles" are a result of the body and brain, than a deity. But, if you believe the deity is allowing you to be able to heal this way... guess it doesn't really matter in the end. Just that your body healed, right?

Positive thinking is powerful, though no one knows exactly to what extent.

What thoughts come are not decided by you, only what you choose to entertain (keep thinking of). So the answer is no, you cannot change disease by changing thought.

Absolutely not. However keeping stress levels low and maintaining a positive attitude can boost your immune system. But unfortunately, even that's not enough to overcome incurable diseases.
