There are some who believe that it was Adam and Eve, and the creation story represents the sentience of mankind emerging to the point they could recognize and have a spiritual relationship with their creator. I wouldn't know how Enoch would fit into that. Not really sure where you are going with your line of questioning, but find it intriguing.
